
Medisoft Error Message: This Login account has been disabled.
If a user’s login becomes Disabled or Inactive; Another user, with admin rights, can re-enable the login.
1. Login into Medisoft, on any computer, as an admin user.
2. Go to “File”, then “Security Setup”.

3. Select the user having trouble logging in, then click “Edit”.

4. Uncheck the “Account is Inactive” box.

5. Optional: The user’s Password can be changed at this time.
6. Click “Save” to finish.
